Our Installation process
warranty & care guidelines             


We are here to manage your flooring project from beginning to end.
Our installation team is comprised of 3 key components:


  • Scheduling department - which organizes and coordinates installers and materials via our online scheduling program.
  • Service department - Qualified flooring professionals who are orientated with the details of the project ahead of time so they arrive properly prepared
  • Quality control department - Installers write a quality report upon completion of installation. Any relevant notes are inputted into our computer system and used for refining our quality standards.

We are of the opinion your flooring is our flooring

You can expect we will communicate and organize a plan together to ensure accuracy, timing, and quality every step of the way. We are constantly revolutionizing the way we operate to serve you better. We now offer a fully functional online scheduling / service program. All customers, installers, employees will have access to our up to the minite scheduling program to see what stage your project is at or to simply add any relevant information.

Critical steps in our installation process

Site Visit

  • Initial site visit to determine materials required, and associated costs involved (estimate). We will go over layout, details, and any questions you may have.


Ordering and Scheduling

  • Order accuracy – your order goes through a series of checks to ensure your product is accurate and arrives on time.
  • Scheduling – based on product availability, we determine a schedule that works for you. We create a timeline based on when you require the project to be completed. Whether it be in town, out of town, day, night or weekend. We are here for you.


Getting started

  • Qualified flooring professionals will be orientated with the details of the project ahead of time so when they arrive they are properly prepared to begin the work.
  • The installer will perform an initial walk through to double check all of the information we have is correct and review the plan for the installation. 
  • Upon completion, or at end of each day the job site will be cleaned up and all excess materials disposed of. A repair kit will be left for you in case of an future accidents.


Walk Through

  • The installer will conduct a final walk through to review your new floor with you to make sure everything is 100%. If there are any questions or concerns we will make sure they are addressed immediately.
  • The installers will report back to the Installations Office - a report is filled out upon completion of your installation and kept on file. Any relevant notes are inputted into our computer system for quality control and warranty purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, moisture and humidity levels, temperature, etc.
